Can’t start or finish the ride
- Make sure you clicked and held the “Reserve/ End rent” button in the App.
- Make sure that there is an Internet connection and you are in the ride finish area.
- If you are trying to finish the ride but nothing happens, the App will advise you to finish the rent and close the car via Bluetooth.
